I’m Micheal Spurgeon, proud owner of Fidelity Offset, Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I was the Vice President of a successful printing company when my son was diagnosed with a learning difference on his first birthday in 1997. I thought starting a family business would provide opportunities for me to help him and other people with challenges that would not be available to me as an employee for another company.

I’ve been running Fidelity Offset, Inc. for over nineteen years out of the thirty-three I've spent in the printing industry. The industry has changed immensely during that time. In the beginning, we were more of a heavy manufacturing company with “big iron.” While equipment is still important, the direction of the industry requires us to emphasize technology,  providing methods and systems to translate digital data and content into physical marketing material.

The most rewarding parts of this business are the independence to work with good people, to help meet challenges and solve problems. To keep us on track, we follow this philosophy: “A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest and poverty will be on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man” paraphrased from Proverbs.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my ability to efficiently go through the process of listening, communicating, implementing, delivering, and following up for on project. And I attribute any success I've enjoyed over the ears to God's grace.

The most satisfying moment in this business for me was the moment my son began working with us full time. It has made me proud of the man he has grown to be and humbled by the opportunities we've been given and allowed to share.

In my free time,  I use my skills as an instrument rated pilot with a private plane to fly medical and disaster relief missions for organizations such as Angel Flight and Pilots for Christ. Besides that, I love engaging in church events and spending quality time with my family.

I believe that we are all called to share our blessings with those who are gifted in different ways. If we each share our gifts liberally, most of our needs will be answered.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence the way we do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our expert printing services in Nashville, TN, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit our website at www.printfidelity.com.
